Whether you are looking to compete in Kick boxing, Boxing or Fitness or just want to get in shape - The Circuit Gym is the place for you. We offer professional training at affordable prices in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.
The Circuit Gym is well equipped with punch bags, speedballs, pads and a weight room. These are all incorporated into a fast paced circuit which involves moving round all the equipment at set intervals. This unique type of exercise works every body part to get the maximum benefit from your training. The circuit lasts approximately one hour with adults of different abilities training together, each doing a slightly different circuit which will reflect the level they are currently at.
Children are also very welcome and have their own times dedicated to making a fun yet challenging training session which will help to keep them fit and healthy as well as teach them techniques and skills to improve their confidence.

Main room Warm ups and warm downs are done in the main room of the Gym. Fitted out with high quality equipment to work different parts of the body. Nowhere else in Chesterfield will you find a Gym that provides such a high standard of training. Ideal for learning new fighting skills like Boxing and Kick Boxing or to increase your fitness to a level you never before thought possible. |

The Weights room Our weights room is well fitted out with everything you need to train your body for peak performance, resistance training with weights increases strength and stamina which is needed in most sports but especially Kick Boxing and Boxing. For anyone joining our Gym to get fit and back into shape, this is a great added bonus to the circuit. |

The Ring As part of the circuit you will train inside the ring using long kick pads for kicking and speedballs and smaller bags for agility and speed, pressups and situps are incorporated into the circuit also, this helps to give a non stop full body workout while learning new skills. |
